Servo Restaurant and Bar
Located at the heart of the Leederville Hotel precinct, Servo is a vibrant all-day venue designed to blur the boundaries between indoor dining, outdoor socialising, and the energy of its urban setting. Our design celebrates Leederville’s eclectic character while delivering a space that feels fresh, adaptable, and alive at every hour.
The interiors draw on a palette of raw, textural materials, terracotta tiling, block work, steel, timber, and tactile finishes, creating a warm, industrial aesthetic that speaks to the site’s heritage while remaining unmistakably contemporary. Expansive openings connect the inside to a generous alfresco area, allowing the venue to flow seamlessly from day to night and across seasons.
Functionality was central to the design. From the open kitchen that showcases the theatre of cooking, to the flexible dining layouts and integrated bar, Servo is built to adapt, catering just as well to casual mid-week meals as it does to late-night gatherings and events.
As part of the wider Leederville Hotel redevelopment, Servo plays a key role in transforming the precinct into a dynamic social destination, offering locals and visitors alike a venue that reflects Leederville’s creative spirit and laid-back charm.
