The Berwick
at Baillie Hill
Located within the Baillie Hill precinct in Victoria Park, The Berwick is a contemporary hospitality venue designed by Benson Bailey Studio to complement the site’s rich heritage while delivering a vibrant, modern dining and social experience.
Our design draws inspiration from the surrounding Edward Millen heritage buildings, blending warm, natural materials with refined detailing to create a venue that feels both timeless and current. Expansive windows and carefully framed views connect the interior to the landscaped precinct, encouraging flow between indoor dining, the bar, and generous alfresco areas.
The Berwick is conceived as a flexible, all-day venue, from casual daytime gatherings to evening dining and events with a layout that supports operational efficiency and guest comfort. Its role within the broader Baille Hill masterplan is to anchor the hospitality offering, providing a welcoming, high-quality destination that activates the precinct and attracts both locals and visitors.
By pairing contemporary hospitality design with a strong sense of place, The Berwick helps position Baille Hill as one of Perth’s most exciting new cultural and community destinations.
